Refunds/Returns/Cancellations

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product, refunds will not be issued.

What is the nature of this product? Hair Extensions, Wigs and Lashes. Hair extensions cannot be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

* If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $25 flat rate fee deducted. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date.

* Exchanges are only accepted when you have received the incorrect items.

***Please make sure that you read the details of this product in its entirety before placing an order, due to the no exchange or refund policy.
We encourage you to fully understand what you are ordering before you proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, please reach out to us to clarify before making your purchase. You may also show it to your hair stylist in case you are unsure.
